Northern Hills International Program

For Spanish Teachers and University  Students studying to be Spanish teachers offers a unique opportunity to live the Argentine culture, learn about new methodologies for teaching a foreign  language while creating new bonds and visiting interesting places.

 

Through this International Exchange Program teachers will

 

  • Spend three weeks in Mar del Plata and one week in Buenos Aires - Capital City of Argentina.

  • Live the Argentine culture and traditions with their host family in a homestay setting

  • Learn about the history of Argentina by visiting places of interest.

  • Observe Northern Hills' methodology for teaching a Second Language.

  • Share experiences, materials and bibliography with Northern Hills' teachers,

  • Experience the acquisition of a Second Language from Kindergarten through High School.

  • Develop further fluency of Spanish through hands-on experiences.

  • Participate in social activities receiving full immersion in the Argentine culture.

  • Be hosted by families carefully chosen by Northern Hills' authorities.
